High-quality innovative artwork celebrating landmark occasions in WRC history will be available for fans to buy in a new project launched by Automobilist.
A mix of professional photography and cutting-edge computer graphics will be used to create fine art prints and design posters by the company, which has previously produced work commemorating Petter Solberg’s FIA World Rally Championship triumph.
Scheduled projects include a poster spotlighting the battle for the 2020 WRC manufacturers’ title and featuring all three manufacturer team cars from Hyundai Motorsport, M-Sport Ford and Toyota Gazoo Racing.
In 2021 Automobilist will produce a poster honouring the 49 manufacturers’ world champions since the WRC was launched in 1973, ahead of a work celebrating the 50th anniversary season of the WRC in 2022.
Automobilist has customers in over 80 countries, as well as partnerships with leading names in the automotive industry and sporting events.
It has signed a licence agreement with WRC Promoter for the project and CEO Pavel Turek said attention to detail, from the grandest sunsets down to the smallest nut and bolt, ensured accuracy was guaranteed.
“We have made it our mission to build a company that makes automotive history tangible and accessible through compelling content, events, and adventurous activities.
“So I am particularly happy about this new relationship with the WRC that epitomises the spirit of adventure that we aim to convey in our artworks quite like rallying,” he added.
WRC Promoter managing director Oliver Ciesla said the artwork would become highly sought-after by rallying fans.
“Automobilist is the leading source of exquisite fine art and prints in motorsport and we’ve already seen its work in rallying with beautiful artwork celebrating Petter Solberg’s world championship win in 2003 and the iconic Lancia Stratos.
“The detail in Automobilist’s art is meticulous and we’re excited about future projects showcasing the WRC as the championship moves towards its landmark 50th season in 2022,” added Ciesla. ผลบอล7mย้อนหลัง
